If you ask Theresa why she chose to make real estate her career for the past 29 years, you may find yourself surprised at her answer. “It’s not for the love of all things real estate,” she says. “It’s really that I love home and I love people.” Her sincerity for both home and people is evidenced by the lasting connections she makes with her clients. Her business is largely referral-based and includes multi-generational sales.
After beginning her career in real estate in 1993, Theresa joined Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty in 2018. She has been named Realtor® of the Year in 2018, 2021, and 2022.
At year end 2022, Theresa ranked within the top 6% of her Board, and in the top 1% of the entire Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains brokerage. Last year, the team at TB Realty Partners received KWCLM’s Triple Gold Award, and ranked in the top 10% of all Keller Williams New England Associates.
Theresa continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the White Mountain Board of Realtors®.

In April 2024, Sharrene’s path took on new significance when her mother suffered a major stroke and was no longer able to continue in real estate. Stepping in to carry forward her legacy, Sharrene embraced the responsibility with determination and purpose—building on the knowledge, values, and work ethic she learned from one of her greatest mentors.
Today, she works alongside a small, collaborative team to provide high-level service rooted in trust, communication, and attention to detail. After attending Penn State, John spent most of his professional career working in urban areas like NYC and Philadelphia. While the pace of city life was certainly exciting, he noticed that during his semi-annual vacations at his family’s home in North Conway, he felt invigorated in a more profound way. Talking about it now, he says, "Mount Washington Valley has always felt like home." Six years ago, he made the decision to move here and he hasn’t looked back.
When he's not working with clients, you'll find him outside enjoying the fresh mountain air: skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer. He is also a FAA licensed drone pilot and provides listing and area footage for the team here at TBRP. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention his love for Wildcat Mountain, too. “It was definitely one of the main reasons I moved back here,” he says. When it's time to eat, May Kelly's is always first on the list. Buyers appreciate the insight he provides on how to get settled into the community; and sellers benefit from his suggestions on how to market their properties to attract the attention of those who may be relocating.
